Financial insights that actually make sense for your business

Most financial software feels like it was built by accountants for accountants. We took a different approach. Our analysis tools speak your language and show you what matters when you need it.

Built for people who run businesses, not just manage spreadsheets

You've got enough on your plate. Our tools help you spot trends faster, understand cash flow better, and make decisions with actual confidence.

Revenue pattern analysis

See where your money comes from and when it actually arrives. Not just tables of numbers but visual patterns that tell you if your Q2 is genuinely better than last year or if you're comparing apples to oranges. The seasonal adjustment feature alone has saved people from panicking during normal slow periods.

Cash flow forecasting

Three months out, you'll know if that new hire is affordable or if you should wait until autumn. Based on your actual patterns, not generic formulas.

Expense tracking

Categories that make sense for service businesses. See what's creeping up before it becomes a problem worth losing sleep over.

Profitability insights

Which clients or projects actually make you money? Some answers might surprise you. We had one consulting firm realize their biggest client was costing them more in support time than they brought in revenue. That's the kind of clarity that changes how you say yes to new work.

Real-time alerts

Get notified when something needs your attention. Not 47 notifications a day, just the ones that matter for your specific situation.

Data Integration

Connect your existing tools without rebuilding your entire workflow. Works with what you already use.

Custom Dashboards

Build views that show exactly what you check every Monday morning. No more digging through five different reports.

Scenario Planning

What if you hired two people in July? What if that big client delayed payment? Run the numbers before making the call.

Automated Reports

Your board wants monthly updates. Generate them in minutes, not hours of copying and pasting numbers into slides.

Learning Path

Master financial analysis at your own pace

We built our training program for busy people. Short modules you can finish during lunch breaks. Real examples from actual Australian businesses, not theoretical case studies from textbooks.

Start in September 2025 with fundamentals. By December, you'll be building custom analysis models. Our autumn cohort runs from March through May 2026 if you'd rather wait until after the summer rush.

Practical Tools

Software that grows with your understanding

Start with the basics. As you learn more, unlock advanced features when you're ready for them. Not everything at once, overwhelming you on day one.

The interface adapts based on what you use most. After a month, it feels like it was custom-built for your specific business because, in a way, it was.

How people typically progress through our program

This isn't a rigid schedule. Some people move faster, others take their time. What matters is building genuine understanding, not checking boxes.

1

Foundation Phase

First six weeks, you'll learn to read financial statements without your eyes glazing over. By week three, most people have that moment where profit and loss statements suddenly click. It's worth the initial confusion.

2

Analysis Skills

Weeks seven through twelve focus on spotting patterns and understanding what different ratios actually mean for your type of business. You'll work with real data sets from businesses similar to yours.

3

Tool Mastery

Months four and five, you'll build custom dashboards and automated reports. This is where people get excited because suddenly they're creating tools that save them hours every week.

4

Advanced Applications

Final phase covers forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic analysis. You'll apply everything to your actual business challenges. Some participants use this work to make significant decisions about expansion or restructuring.
